Mark has over 12 years of experience with large corporations and has become an invaluable part of the STW team over that last 3 to 4 years. Developing onsite and offsite back-up systems for our servers and client websites as well as developing a Client Support Ticket System are just two of the systems that he has put into place to help us bring a better and more secure offering to our clients. Mark is consistently watching the global online marketplace to keep our company and our systems updated with the needed technology to keep us secure.

Having worked for several large and medium sized business with clients that ranged from Fortune 10 companies to small family owned, Steve has an incredible wealth of knowledge that has helped shape the Quality Customer Experience on many different levels.

Eric joined the STW team in early 2010 and has proven to be an excellent addition. With over 20 years of customer service experience in a wide range of industries he has a feel for marketing and what customers expect. He has a heart for seeing each and every client succeed with their marketing to attain a good return on their investment.
Wesley is the youngest member of the STW team and with his youth comes lots of experience in the world of gaming, videography, video production and real knack for technology. Wesley is always looking for latest technology and new ways to provide cutting-edge media products for our clients to keep them up-to-date and help them grow their businesses through media marketing.
